Reyburn CyberTuner has been the leading tuning software tool for professional piano technicians for over 25 years. Now, after three years of development and rigorous testing by master piano technicians worldwide, it is available for iOS devices.

This advanced tuning tool is designed specifically for professional piano technicians and is priced accordingly. The 17+ rating does not indicate mature or suggestive content; it simply reflects the professional nature of the app. We assume users already have a basic understanding of piano tuning and their own tuning equipment.

What sets Reyburn CyberTuner for iOS (also known as iRCT) apart from other tuning software is its ease of use, clear functions, and intuitive design. The app was developed by a Registered Piano Technician member of the PTG with extensive experience in concert tuning, home tunings, and repairs. It incorporates the knowledge base of numerous RPTs, ensuring accuracy and flexibility in tuning.

One of the standout features of iRCT is the Concert Tune mode, which combines the best aspects of Fine Tune and Smart Tune specifically for 7-foot and 9-foot concert instruments. Additionally, the Aural Tutor expert system analyzes your aural tuning and provides suggestions to help improve your skills.

iRCT is known for its exceptional accuracy and fast pitch correction. The Smart Tune and Pitch Raise modes use a patented expert system to individually predict every note on the piano. This results in aural-quality tunings that match sampled partials, just like concert aural tuners do.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced tuner, iRCT caters to all levels. The app offers a simple interface for beginners, while advanced tuners can customize stretch choices to suit their preferences. Furthermore, iRCT functions as an "expert system" that automatically detects and compensates for short scaling in different types of pianos.

With its extensive range of multi-partial samples and high-resolution spinner, iRCT ensures stability and accurate unisons. Keep in mind that occasional internet connection is required to calibrate A440, but only once a month.

When purchasing an iRCT license, you get the Standard Mode, which allows you to tune a 13-note temperament from A3 to A4. Additionally, you receive a free one-year subscription to CyberCare, which upgrades the mode to Premium (88-note tuning). The CyberCare subscription also includes free upgrades to any new iRCT features, CyberCloud calibration, and support.

After the initial one-year subscription, you have the option to purchase subsequent CyberCare one-year subscriptions in-app with automatic renewal. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.

The iRCT software comes with a single user license. It can be installed on multiple iOS devices but can only be used to tune pianos (or any keyboard instrument) on one iOS device at a time.
